Fusion Tea Room Review & Giveaway

I have been a tea drinker for many years. I like it hot in the winter, and I will make big  jars of sun tea in the summer for my iced tea. I have never liked sugar, honey or cream in my tea. I’m a straight up tea drinker. But I do love to find nice flavored teas. I keep a variety in my cupboard, you never know what mood you could be in.
Recently I tried some Yerba Mate. I read somewhere about the health benefits of this drink, and wanting to cut back on the caffeine a little, I bought some to try. Of course I found some that was flavored and it was pretty good. I began searching online for Yerba Mate that came in different flavors and I found Fusion Tea Room.
Have you ever found the perfect website for what you were searching for, and you want to tell everyone about it? That’s what happened when I found Fusion Tea Room.

Sudies have shown that mate’s unique xanthines could be both a mental & physical stimulant. Mate helps boost energy without the jitters & may curb the appetite. Rich in 21 vitamins & minerals. Region: South America. No other brewed drink offers such a large variety, as do herb tea blends. The power of herbal tea is immense. No limit is set while enjoying this beverage since it is without caffeine, tannin and acid. Studies have shown that rooibos may combat allergies, aid in cold relief, aid in digestion & settle the stomach. High in vitamins & minerals. Rooibos is naturally free of caffeine. Region: South Africa.
Green Tea Category Tulsi Tea Category Fruit Tea Category
Rich in antioxidants, may help prevent forms of cancer by helping boost the immune system. Studies have shown it can help regulate blood sugar levels & aid digestion. Green Tea has a small amount of caffeine that equals to about 1/6 of the amount a cup of coffee contains. Region: Japan / China. This queen of herbs is widely used in Ayurvedic treatments. A few of the known uses are: reduces stress, relieves inflammation, lowers cholesterol, eliminates toxins, and provides a rich supply of antioxidants. Tulsi herbal tea does not contain any caffeine. Region: India. High in vitamin C and antioxidants, these fruit tea blends come without caffeine and bitter substances. The main ingredients of a fruit tea are mild sweet apples, fruity rose hip peels and fresh, tangy hibiscus blossoms; these components characterize the neccesary “body” of a fruit tea blend.

They have the best variety, and of course the best flavors in all these different varieties. I contacted Fusion Tea Room about doing a review of their Yerba Mate, since that is my latest new thing. I chose some flavors that sounded good to me, and they sent me some sample packs. First I have to say, their packaging is awesome. Nice heavy foil packets, with a zip lock  closure. So nice for keeping loose tea fresh.

The other great thing is, I have been getting two brewings out of each serving. This is nice, one in the morning, and another mid afternoon.
I tried the Pistachio Lime, Morning Mate, Raspberry, Roasted Cocoa, Mango and the Chai. I loved them all, but the Morning Mate and the Roasted Cocoa are my favorites. Of course the Raspberry, Mango, and Pistachio lime are nice and fruity delicious too. Not over bearing in their fruitiness, just perfect.  I was a little disappointed in the Chai. I love Chai, and that’s why I wanted to try this one. It was nice and spicy like a good Chai should be, but it seemed like it had too much anise in it for me though. My opinion only.
The prices at Fusion Tea Room are very good too. I’ve seen comparable teas at other places for much more.
